How do we sign the contract?Contracts are typically sent via email for electronic signing through DocuSign. If you prefer, we can send the contract in PDF format for you to print, sign, and scan back to us. We can also arrange for a mobile notary to meet you in person and complete the signing—whichever method is most convenient and comfortable for you.

What happens after the contract is signed?Once we receive the completed contract with signatures from all parties on the title, it will be sent to a local title company to begin the escrow process. After escrow is completed, the funds will be distributed to all parties involved.

How long does it typically take to close and get paid?In the contract, we put a 30 day close on the transaction; however, we typically close anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is completed, we send the deposit to escrow and get the properties closed as soon as possible.
